A lot of IMG doctors yet to do an acceptable internship seek to work in the UK one way or the other. The 2-year UK foundation programme is an option for you if ;
1. You are yet to complete a GMC accepted pattern of internship overseas OR
2. You have done an internship that hasn’t been accepted by the GMC and hence denied full registration
*UK medical school students who are due to graduate in 2020 and 2021 do not need to submit an application for eligibility through this process.*
The eligibility window for the 2021 Foundation Programme is open from Monday 20th July 2020 – Wednesday 2nd September 2020.
