Just as fees were increased in April 2020, the GMC has released new fees to take effect from April 2021.
These increases are due to accomodate inflation rates.
See the list of fees concerned with plabbers below;

| Annual retention fee (year 2 to 5) | £156 | £157 |

| Annual retention fee with licence (> 5 years) | £406 | £408 |
| Annual retention fee without licence (> 5 years) | £145 | £146 |
Note that plab cancellation fees are currently on hold due to the pandemic. Hence, you can make your plans in advance and cancel them later if you have to without any financial consequences currently.
